Q How do I set up an account?
A If you have already purchased from Walsh/Conley in the past, with terms, than you already have an account. Just e-mail us here and we will send you your account number for all your future purchases. If you have not established an account as of yet, please fill out the account request form provided here.

Q Can we choose the type of shipping we prefer?
A Currently we use either USPS or UPS Ground depending on your location. We choose the method. We are working on upgrading our systems in the near future to allow our customers to choose options within those two companies such as second day air, overnight etc.

Q What forms of payment are accepted?
A We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover card , Checks and PO's from pre-qualified accounts.

Q Are we required to pay tax?
A We are required to collect sales taxes for the State of New York for all orders that are shipped to a New York address, unless a sales tax exemption certificate has been filled out completely and filed with our office.

Q Will we receive a confirmation of the order being received and shipped?
A Immediately upon completion of your order submission, both an on screen and e-mail confirmation are generated. UPS will e-mail you with delivery date and a tracking number.

Q What do I do if the merchandise is wrong or damaged?
A If incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you please e-mail us with the information stating which item was not shipped and what was. We will ship out the correct item and give y ou instructions concerning the incorrect one. All damaged goods are the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported to them ASAP as well as us in order to get a replacement shipment to you as quickly as possible.

Q Can I fax an order in or call it in after seeing your on-line catalog or must I order online?
A The quick answer is yes. We recommend though that you go through our site and click the add to cart button for each item you want and then upon check out choose pay by fax. This will give you a complete totaled order with shipping costs and at this point you will be able to print it out and call us or fax us. Our fax number will be given to you at that time.
